Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources. Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in HR roles with a strong focus on payroll, attendance monitoring, and leave administration.

Proficiency in the use of HR software and biometrics machines for attendance management

Strong Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail as well as leadership qualities.

Conflict management and resolution

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
